We have our daughter home now since Sept. I just want you to know that I have been in that place of where you are Marie. The enemy has many loop holes to mess around with us when we are in the midst of our adoption process. It took us 2 years and I thought I was going to go out of mind towards the end. I felt a lot of pressure as well and just 1 tiny little thing would just mess up my whole world if it wasn't on my list of things I had to get done that day. Take a deep breath. The enemy is already defeated! Don't give him any credit. He has no business messing around with you and as soon as you acknowledge him, then he has you jumping around like a nut wasting your energy on things that it shouldn't be wasted on! Instead, pray for peace in you and in your home. Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you. Read the word of God first thing in the morning. Be equipped for battle. Then when the battle happens, you'll be ready and able to fight it with victory. Don't wait till you are in the middle of the battle and look to God. He is already with you. He knows what you're up against. You are his child. His plan never fails, so don't sweat the small stuff. It's better that you prepare for that right now because once you actually bring your child home, there will be more battles waiting to happen. This way you will hopefully ride those times more smoothly. Easy to say, tough to do when you are caught up with so much stress with the adoption process. Keep leaning on God for peace. If you can keep your peace, then you will hear when he gives you wisdom of how to fight the battles before you.

Hang in there. God loves you even when you FREAK OUT! :)))

Hope this helped you in some way.
Sincerely, Sandee
